Here's a shot from Friday, Aug. 29th in the late afternoon. Around 31 monarchs all at once at in our small prairie garden in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It's full of blazing stars that have attracted a large number of monarchs this year, much more than last year. The monarchs leave near sunset and we don't know where they spend the night.
