Today I took a drive from Elk River, Minnesota (northwest side of the twin cities) to Fargo, North Dakota and back. I counted at least 120 monarchs while driving up and back and around 20 while in Fargo for about 2 hours. Also yesterday I was at a wedding in Roseville, Minnesota and seen around 20 nectoring in the flowers around the outdoor wedding. Lastly I have tagged about 120 monarchs in the last 2 weeks.
