Strong cold front moved through on Wed. The Baltimore Orioles and swallows have left, leaving my one fat hummer still feeding. He's been around since at least early August. The second male Ruby throat seems to have left. Temps this am in the low 50s.

A local birder reports there are still a good number of hummers about in a local park where he has feeders set up.
