HSV Audubon Society hosted a hummingbird count for anyone in our zip code within our village to count hummingbirds FEEDING at their feeders and in their yard only on this date 9/9/14 GReat interest and response 3,379 These sightings were from numerous people not just me. Our goal was to motivate interest in birds and especially humming birds during this migration and motivate interest in our local club. Hope these numbers help you.
