I saw two Monarch adults--a male & female (based on presence of androconia in the male)--nectaring on Dwarf Butterfly Bush (Buddleia davidii) flower clusters at the Main Entrance to the USDA ARS-Beltsville Agricultural Research Center at Baltimore Avenue at 12:05pm.
