Have not seen any rubythroat males for about 2 weeks.Still have several females around. Yesterday there was a very large female on the wires in the back yard, staying there most of the day. There is a feeder directly under the wires she was on, kept going to the feeder, would munch for a few minutes, then go back to sit on the wires. Was still doing this until it was to dark to see if she was still there or not. The other females all used the 2 feeders in the front yard. This summer wwe had a lesser number of these little birds than in the past. It is very good to see lots now. Can't wait until they return in the spring
