Number: 11

Girls arrived at feeders 7:08 AM, 37 degrees, winds WSW 9 MPH, sunrise wasn't "official" until 7:15 so our guests were hungry and up early. Our sweet residents look good and are working hard to "plump up" before their journey South. Fifteen nectar feeders are available, with branches for perching, preening, resting and all are actively used. Numerous fall flowers in the habitat: pink turtle heads, pink obedient, black and blue salvia, purple Prince zinnias, Dicentria Scandens, Dicentria luxuriant, the blooms and provide a variety of additional nectar.
