We probably had our first migrating Monarch today on the lantana here. Broadwing, Red-shouldered, and immature Red-tailed hawks also migrating above the hill,
Surprisingly, later in the day there were two Viceroys, that I thought at first were Monarchs, at a nearby pond, Viceroys are seldom seen here.
