Lone adult female Ruby-throated hummingbird. Transient, because she wouldn't lite on the feeder, as all my locals would. She surprised me, as I was going to take down the feeder yesterday. Will leave it up longer now.

She was big & healthy looking. At 1 pm (EDT), she fed once, at all four feeder flowers, then flew into the woods.
