Monarch Adult Sighted
Sightings report image

Date: 09/17/2014

Number: 2

I saw this monarch land on the pink Cleome. This poor monarch was missing part of its wing. I doubt it's up for the long flight. It did not hang around to long but it' still could fly. The other monarch was a male in really good condition and dark colors. The male feed on the zinnia and it stayed around most of the morning.
