Saw a large bird sitting on prey in my backyard. I happened to have a man at my house with binoculars (he is a bird watcher). As he was taking a look, it took off with a groundhog in its talons!!!! It had a huge wing span, white head, and large beak. I took pictures from a distance. It flew into the brush and was eating the groundhog, where I took a few more pictures.
