Sightings report image

Number: 1

Well I didn't report this morning got tied up with things inside. But gave warm nectar again this morning and when I walked out the door I spooked one and saw it fly off. Stood out there for a good 20 minutes camera in hand and didn't see the little ones?? I was kind of depressed thinking it was over but went out later in the afternoon to run errands and low and behold I had seen one. Could have been the same one or another one? I have the 3 feeders up and it is hard to keep watch of all of them being 2 are up front and one on the side. The one hummer was chased off the perched feeder by a bee. All she wanted to do was relax and get a drink and the bee would not leave her alone. Chased her off twice. I tried to get pictures but she was moving to much to get a clear shot. But just so glad they are still around but for how long is the question now? It was in the 50's at night and low 70's during the day. :0) This was a new one again hiding out in the weeds.
