This picture was taken on Sunday, Sept 14th and I was seeing 3 to 4 at my Turks Cap Flowers.
But Monday after work I went out to see if they were still here, I counted 5, they were darting in and out of the flowers chasing each other and hovering in front of my face quite often and being very chatty.
Still seeing 5 of them as of today, Wednesday 14th and they are still buzzing around constantly at the Turks Caps! I never seen this many at my house.
This year has been the best year for hummingbirds for me. I seen my first hummer very early this year and I've been seeing hummers just about every day since. There was a slow period I think in June. And I seen my first black chinned hummer this year at my house.
