I have monarch caterpillars in the classroom for my class to observe. I can't wait until the chrysalis open so my class can watch the release. There are caterpillars on every sprout of the vining weed in my flower bed at home. I let those weeds grow this year to help the monarchs after the number lossed to weather conditions last year.
