Two new monarchs in our yard today......one just emerged in the morning and took its first flight about 2:00pm.
Two males....which I have dubbed lastboy1 and lastboy2.
Also saw a lone monarch flying south as we drove through New Richmond, Wi.
That makes 3 for the day.
Fairly good weather predicted for the upcoming week so maybe our late arrivals will have a chance to join the dance............
