I was dropping off larvae at a local elementary school when the teacher and I went out into the butterfly garden and found nine 3rd to 4th instar larvae already there on their swamp and common milkweed. We brought them inside for her and some of the third grade teachers to raise. Elementary school is a registered waystation located in Lampeter PA.
