Sightings report image

Date: 09/23/2014

Number: 3

The monarchs have bee in the garden all afternoon I first noticed them around 1 o'clock. They were feeding zinnia and Mexican sunflowers. This male monarch is feeding a butterfly bush.. It's always interesting to watch them they float through garden checking things out before they land. My milkweek was new this year and bloomed really early. I am sure that's what they looking before choosing another nectar plant.
