saw one monarch flying fast about 20 feet up going west at about 3PM


at 3:30 I observed a female monarch who seemed to be drying her wings.
I watched for 15 plus minutes slowly opening and shutting her wings when she folded up her wings on auknown weed in my field. Guess all that hard work in my butterfly gardens is paying off. What a joy to see. Hannah R.
