Around 3 PM at Lake County MetroPark - Lake Erie Bluffs in Perry, OH I observed some apparent stragglers of a large migration the day before. I only saw 12 +.
On 23 Sept, @ChrisAZimmer tweeted that hundreds were flying over the area at this location.
