Down to about 6 travelers now. Still have 6 feeders up and the few hummers we have constantly battle over 1 or 2 feeders. So territorial and comical to watch! Going to miss our little friends. The last sighting date for the past 2 years has been Oct 17th here at our house. All in all, made much less nectar this year but not sure why. We had few hummers (maybe 6 or 7 regulars)until mid July, then all the sudden we had a couple dozen or more at a time and it was crazy busy until the last couple of weeks. This has been an odd season.
