13:30 One male near a different, larger, pond from earlier sighting. Feeding on tall Liatris sp., common name Gayfeather, which is abundant at this time of year, and a Monarch favorite.

Wings had no missing pieces, but a couple splits in one hindwing and scratches on the dorsal surface.

Departed straight SSW. Out of sight after about 100 yards.
