Located near the center of New Bern, we have a few Zinnia flowers in the yard. I've been peeking out of the window occasionally, knowing the Monarchs are moving south and hoping to see butterflies feeding. Last week we were on the Outer Banks in Buxton and had seen Monarchs migrating. We know they are following the coast, but weren't sure if they are passing through the New Bern area. This one looks a little weathered, we wish her luck on her journey! :-) Sarah King and Doug Waters
