As of this date, the RUFOUS HUMMINGBIRD reported earlier continued to make HIS presence visible at the Steve and Mary Nesgoda farm, Tyrone Township, LeSueur County, MN. To date, 240 birders/photographers have visited the farm on Pumpkin Hill Road. Ornithologists tell us this is just the fourth male Rufous documented in MN. On October first, sugar water feeders were removed for a period, sent the hummers into a frenzy of activity. Feeders were returned.
