2 females came out of their chrysalis yesterday morning. After wings had dried they were put on my butterfly bush flowers. They sat for about 1 hour and flew off. No sooner did those 2 fly off, I had another eclose (male). Released him on the butterfly bush this morning. A cold front is coming and I still have 9 more chrysalis that have to eclose and be released. I found the eggs on my milkweed plants, took them inside and reared the caterpillars to chrysalis stage so the wasps and hornets wouldn't take and eat them. I hope they hurry up and come out so they make it to the warm weather.
