At 1:10pm, a female hummer suddenly flew in front of me and started eating from the Million Bells still in bloom on my deck!!! Haven't seen any hummers in a few weeks, so this was *thrilling*! :-) Snow flurries and frost are possible tomorrow so I will be sure to protect these plants and make sure there is fresh nectar in the hummingbird feeder for any stragglers. :-)
