I have seen a couple of females today, before leaving for work around 9. The first was on my feeder at the dining room window. I think she was the new kid on the block. She sipped forever. When female #2 tried to run her away, she would not move. Leaned over backward and "bared" her beak! #2 retreated. This is how the juvenile male acted last week when he dropped by for a few days at the same feeder. I only saw 2 on this day, but each day this week we have seen at least 2.
