Forty seven monarchs sited flying mostly SW while driving a loop between Forsyth, Hollister, and Branson, Missouri from 11 AM until 1:30 PM. Clear and sunny, 70-75 degrees, and strong W winds. A Strong cold front had passed through the area two days prior to these observations.
