Monarch Adult Sighted

Date: 10/05/2014

Number: 1

Around 1:15 p.m., the sun came out for awhile and it was windy and cool. All of a sudden, I saw a pretty Monarch butterfly fly quickly past my Mom's hummingbird feeders, outside their family room window! The Monarch might've thought the hummingbird feeder was a big red flower! It didn't stop though! It looked like it was flying fast and being carried by the wind heading direct south!
