Approximately 10:45AM at the Pronger Cross Country Meet in Lakeside Park. Temperature around 13C, partly sunny, gusty South winds off Lake Erie. Single adult was flying up to orange cones used to mark the course and to the orange uniforms of some participants; presumably looking for a nectar source?
Another was observed flying SW at around 1:00PM across Essex County Road 29 on our way out of town after the meet was finished.
