We are raising monarchs that we brought in from the garden as caterpillars (previously reported) - 18 of them. This was the first to eclose. Once released s/he (sorry, I am out of the country for work and my husband did the release and didn't catch the gender) hung around the garden and took advantage of the asters and goldenrod and other plants.
