It was cloudy, cool and breezy this morning, but when the sun popped out this afternoon and the temp got up to 63 degrees, like magic, 4 monarchs appeared in my backyard, nectaring on asters and tall verbena. Winds were out of the west. Frost is predicted for tomorrow night.
