Thinking it's late to see Monarchs, it's been very chilly and down into the 30's at night.Very surprised to see one lonely Monarch trying to get a bit of nourishment from a fading marigold ( or maybe just resting) It stayed for about 5 minutes and then flew off to the south...alone.
