This was the last day we saw the lone female who was staying after the others had left. The temperature dropped into the lower thirties the next night, so I was glad she went on her way. We had fewer hummers this year than in previous years, only three full time. I'm leaving the feeder up; however, in hopes the Rufous will come again this year on its journey south.
