After several days of not seeing any hummingbirds, I had one small one that appeared that I hadn't seen all summer on Wednesday, Oct. 1st. For the next five days I saw single sightings, and then on Sunday, Oct, 5th I saw two small ones. I haven't seen any since last Sunday. I can only imagine these birds were just passing through coming from up north.
