Spotted a rather chubby adult male Ruby-throated hummingbird using the flowers around my yard this morning at around 7:40 am. It then perched on a electrical line above the sugar water feeder. I did not see it use the feeder though. Not sure if it is the same male I've been seeing or a different bird, but it sure was a fat little fella. Must be getting ready to move on further south or perhaps west across Florida to possibly make it's flight to Mexico across the Gulf.
