In my opinion, the latitude/longitude insertion blocks are inadequate, so I'll re-state the sighting coordinates here:
LAT: 40°19'52.8"
LONG: -76°43'00.4"
At 9:55am on said date, I was driving home from an oil change. I was driving on Manor Drive when a black figure swooped down in front of my car. It landed on a flattened rabbit or squirrel carcass, grabbed it, and re-launched itself. It was a large, black raptor with white tail feathers and a white head. An angry, smaller bird was attacking it. I had to slam my brakes to avoid killing this endangered species. What a beautiful thing to see in my backyard!!!
