observed the eagle sitting in a dead tree south of my house next to a highway. I was'nt sure exactly what it was at first, drove down the road and looked and saw it up close. Of course didn't have the camera with me'I did'nt know if it would fly off before I got there. It stayed in the tree for about thirty minutes, then flew off to the east. This was around 8:15 a.m.
