We had only 1 female, and she left on Sunday, October 5, 2014, after breakfast. Her companion juvenile left the day prior. Our final friend sat at the feeder for almost 30 minutes, resting and eating. She was as fat and round as a golf ball! (I'm sure she was lingering to tell us farewell.) We saw her lift off and knew she was gone - until April, we hope. Very sad to see her go.
