Monarch Adult Sighted
Sightings report image

Date: 10/12/2014

Number: 10

I saw one Monarch as I approached the parking lot along the northeast edge of Lake Mendota, at about 3:30 p.m. As I got closer, I realized there were multiple Monarchs, nectaring steadily on New England Asters. Most of them were female, but I did see some males. All were in great shape.
