One adult, very dormant, nectaring on a flower. The weather was in the mid 60's with sun most of the day but clouds approaching in the afternoon. Winds were calm. I'm not sure of the type of flower it was as it was not native and I am not versed in such flowers. The butterfly appeared aged as the wings were faded. Crossing fingers it gets there OK.
The lakefront still had native asters blooming.
