Overnight 54F. Wind turned back south overnight and grew stronger throughout the day. Occasional episodes of sun, but mostly high overcast. By 1030 temp was 62F and by 1700 temp was 70F.

Checked at 1700. Monarchs were widely distributed, but few. On flowers, perching in trees, flying above trees, but no obvious directional flight (other than when wind caught one that got too high and blew it north.) Saw about 40 total all locations.
