2 Monarch butterflies on Sunday, Oct. 12, 2014 on the shore Lake Huron. First appeared to wash ashore during the night. Probably trying to cross Lake Huron. Dried it wings I guess and about an hour later it was gone.
Second was found about 100 meters from the Lake. It was resting. Stayed back and observed it flew away after about 10 min.
Very very fun to see. My 2 yr. old grandson was with me.
