Late Ontario Sightings...Oh My!

And right after I say that I will post late sightings to Journey North, this comes in for today - Oct. 16 - from Toronto High Park Hawkwatch!:

Not much to report today with regards to raptors (23 total) but thanks to all who came out. There were 14 Monarch Butterflies though, and we've been seeing lots like that every day for the past few weeks which hopefully shows that in spite of all the insecticide we're throwing at them still they can have a good season. I hope it extends everywhere . Tim M
