Was in my backyard cleaning up the garden. When out of the sky fluttered in a big beautiful Monarch. It flew past me & almost landed on my granddaughter Evelyn. Watched it fly around the house & circle back & landed on some asters for a second,then flew into the forest. It was a health male. Didn't see any in Nova Scotia last year at all. Was shocked to see this little guy this late in the season as they are heading South :) Made my day for sure!!!
