Hello! I am a marine observer onboard the dredge BE Lindholm and spotted 2 monarchs (may have been same butterfly?) today between 1130 and 1205 at our dig area, which is about 20 miles offshore S of Port Fourchon, LA. I have also spotted a few painted ladies as well. Our dig area location where the sighting occurred is between 28 54.726'/90 36.870' and 28 54.677'/90 36.750'
