Have spent the entire day here and appear to be roosting individually in the oak, pine and eucalyptus trees. They mainly hover around a pride of madera plant, drinking the nectar, although also nectarine from other plants in the garden.
Somewhat smaller group from October 21 to 24
FYI, all pictures taken on the day, except this one which was taken a few years ago on the same plant.
