Was cutting a bouquet of black eyed susans - about the only flowers not frozen - and spotted a monarch flitting around a very wilted milkweed. He stopped on one - surely hope he found something to eat before beating a hasty path south to warmer temps. 3:15 PM - west central Wisconsin
