Monarch PEAK Migration

Date: 10/29/2014

Number: 30

A weak cool front moved in overnight. Gentle winds are now from the north. The monarchs are drifting lazily south. All are about 75 - 100 feet high in the air. Some are even drifting backwards (i.e.: their tails are facing south) None are descending to feed at my butterfly garden.
