Virginia Living Museum volunteer took this photo of tagged male monarch #TLC224 in the Children's Learning Garden on 9/17/14. It had been seen previously for about 1 hour by Judy on 9/15/14 in the same garden. It was clearly courting other monarchs in between bouts of nectaring in the garden.
