On October 17,our fifth grade class walked down to the Ruth Wells Memorial Garden. We constructed a grid after cleaning the garden plot. Then each student planted a bulb in their grid section. We predicted the tulips may have trouble with predators--deer, moles and squirrels! Our job in the next few months will be to come up with solutions for these problems.
